Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. All returned items must be in their original condition – unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Submit Your Return Request
    Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order using the template below.
  2. Receive Return Authorization
    We will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Items
    Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return
    Ship the package to our returns center using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Receive Your Refund or Exchange
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bath Towels (for hygiene reasons)
  • Bedding and Bedding Sets & Collections (once removed from packaging)
  • Bathroom Rugs & Mats that show signs of use
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or improper care

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same process as returns. If the exchange item costs more than the original, you’ll be charged the difference. If it costs less, you’ll receive a refund for the difference.
